Manage Survey Questions
Colectica allows you to create, discover, and re-use survey questions.
Colectica supports several types of questions.
- Text
- Text questions collect free-form text from a respondent
- Numeric
- Numeric questions collect numerical data from a respondent
- Date/Time
- Date/Time questions collect dates or times from a respondent
- Coded List
- Coded questions collect fixed values associated with a categorical label
- Mixed
- A single question can allow multiple answers based on the types above
Besides storing a question's text and data type, you can also track advanced metadata including interviewer instructions, concepts, question intent, and the estimated time it will take a respondent to complete the question.

When you manage your questions using Colectica Repository, you can easily disseminate your questions through a question bank using Colectica Web.
